Last month, Twin Parks Montessori School’s parents had the opportunity to learn how important it is to practice coaching their children to healthy sleep habits. Now, we are eager to learn what is happening during nap and bed time at home. Christina Gantcher, shared the basics of sleep rhythm and cycles, the quality and quantity of sleep and very effective tips for establishing consistency for sleep schedules.
