Cen Chen (Co-Lead Teacher 7:45-3:45) holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, has eight years of experience in Early Childhood Education, and is a certified Early Childhood Montessori teacher. She adheres to a child-centered educational philosophy, focusing on inspiring children's initiative and creativity through respect and gentle guidance. Over the years, she has been dedicated to creating prepared learning environments that support children's holistic development in cognitive, emotional, and social areas. She believes that every child has unique potential, and with the right guidance and support, they can thrive in an environment of love and freedom. Cen will teach a Mandarin Immersion class for the Enrichment Program.
