Fabiola Aguilera is a Montessori-trained educator with a genuine love for nurturing independence, curiosity, and joy in every child. As a mom of three boys —ages 9, 6, and an infant —she brings patience, empathy, and real-life experience to the classroom. Fabiola worked at Williamsburg Montessori and also hold an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and has many years of hands-on experience supporting Montessori environments.

Outside of the classroom, Fabiola enjoys music, organizing cozy, purposeful spaces, exploring nature with her kids, and diving into creative projects that make learning fun. She believes in gentle guidance, respect for each child’s rhythm, and creating calm, engaging environments where children feel seen and capable.
