Lis Chasva joined the Riverside Montessori School in 2007 as a substitute teacher and became a full-time classroom teacher in 2012. She is a certified AMS Montessori Infant-Toddler teacher and holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the State University of Padang in Indonesia.
