Sakinah Mahri joined Park West in 2021. Prior to that she was an assistant teacher for 10 years, both in the classroom at the El-Behr Islamic School and at the Hikmah Saturday School in Long Island City, NY. She studied at the Akademi Bahasa Asing (Academy of Foreign Languages) in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is Montessori credentialed in Infant Toddler through the American Montessori Society.
