Yaneth Liliana Porras Gutierrez (Lili) joined CPM in September 2026 as an assistant teacher. She is passionate about working with young children and supporting them during their early years. She has both a bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate degree from Colombia and is currently completing her Montessori training at WSMS-TEP, which is deepening her understanding of child development and the Montessori approach. Lili has more than four years of experience working with children, including supporting children with special needs. She values patience, empathy, and individualized care and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with children and families and becoming a part of the school community.
