Qrenzina Zina Francis Kendrick is currently completing a graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, with a concentration in Montessori philosophy. Zina is also an electrician and has spent ten years working as a hands-on instructor with the local 2 IBEW, supporting adult learners. Her journey into Montessori education is inspired by her twin daughters, one of whom is neurodiverse and has blossomed through child-led, sensory-rich learning. She is excited to learn from our children, and support their growth, and contribute to the peaceful, purposeful rhythm of the classroom.
